Hello! I'm Caroline, and I am as Calgarian as they come. Born, raised, and educated here, I not only love this city but also believe that it is one of the best places in invest. After graduating from Business School at the University of Calgary in 2014, I immediately jumped into real estate full time. Starting my career selling new homes in a recession was an uphill battle, but I happen to love hills. Every sale was earned, and nothing was handed to me on a silver platter. Since 2011 I have sold multifamily condos, townhomes, street towns and custom homes for builders around Calgary. My business is 100% referral based, and I am grateful to all of my incredible clients and their ongoing support.  My brokerage Charles Real Estate is a local, boutique brokerage, created by Calgarians.
